Introduction

Email is a process of sending and receiving the messages electronically. Most of us makes the extensive use of emails. In business too emails are used for communication among the staff and employees. It is the effective source of communication because it is fast, flexible and reliable.
 Emails always say something about the person who sends it, so it should be well organised and grammatically correct.In business there are some rules that we have to follow while writing an email so that it had the positive impression on the reader. If you don't follow few of rules then it results into a bad email. The good emails have subject, introduction, body and conclusion.
